In this level, you are teaching your agent to become store-aware.
Until now, your agent could chat and take simple input, but it didn’t know anything about the actual Contoso Pizza locations.
By giving your agent access to store information, it can now answer questions about stores (like hours, addresses, or services) and make sure that orders are tied to a specific location.

This step makes the agent feel more realistic, since real-world assistants always need to know where to send your order before they can confirm it.
